Encouraging Interaction Among Network Members

A networking group is not beneficial when there’s an absentee leader and the group just bobs up and down like a buoy on the ocean. Fortunately, there are some simple ways to encourage interaction, and at Network Lead Exchange, the goal is always making networking easier for leaders and group members.
Constantly sharing with people naturally encourages interaction. This is a really simple process. Post something for all the group, or if there’s something happening for a member, message them privately to give them kudos or encouragement.
