Encouraging Interaction Among Network Members

By NETWORK. LEAD. EXCHANGE.

A networking group is not beneficial when there’s an absentee leader and the group just bobs up and down like a buoy on the ocean. Fortunately, there are some simple ways to encourage interaction, and at Network Lead Exchange, the goal is always making networking easier for leaders and group members.

Use Private and Public Messages

Constantly sharing with people naturally encourages interaction. This is a really simple process. Post something for all the group, or if there’s something happening for a member, message them privately to give them kudos or encouragement. Messages, posts, and other interactions starting with the group’s leader will encourage folks to really talk to each other and build strong relationships.

Celebrate Success

The key way to really pump up interactions is celebrating success. It should not be just the group leader celebrating a member’s success, but the members as well. The good news is people always root for each other, especially in networking groups. The leader of the group should always be on the lookout for successes, and make sure to give the kudos as much as possible.

There are plenty of ways to encourage interactions. The key is having a leader invested in the network’s success. Get the tools to make interactions easy @ NETWORKLEADEXCHANGE.COM.
